Shipping and Returns Policy for Earth Rhythm Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name "Leaf Monk." This Policy outlines the procedures related to shipping and returns for products and services offered by Earth Rhythm Private Limited, a personal care company headquartered in Gurugram, India ("Company"). By engaging in the shipping and returns process with us, you signify your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to adhere to this Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our shipping and returns services.

 

  1. ORDER AND PAYMENT
  • We only take orders online and not through any other forms of digital media.
  • The prices mentioned on the website along with the products are inclusive of all taxes.
  • Our modes of payment are debit cards, credit cards, visa, master cards, rupay, UPI, Net-banking. In case anyone wants to pay through direct transfer to account, payment link can be furnished on request for the same.
  • We do not take responsibility for failure of online payment due to technical issues with regards to connectivity; however, we will try taking it up with the Payment Gateway for assistance in resolving the issue in the best interest of our customer. Any disputes regarding the payment of the card must be taken up with the customer’s bank while we will provide all necessary assistance to the customer.
  • Earth Rhythm Private Limited has complete rights to announce periodical sales on the website, dates of which can be altered at any time, including prematurely ending it.
  • Offers cannot be combined and only one coupon code can be applied at any given time. In case if there are any issues due to system failure the decision of the company will be final.
  • It takes us around 5 to 7 business days to ship the products; however, the delivery date can be extended due to various reasons beyond our control and/or during SALE OFFER.
  • The Shipping costs charged are according to value of the order.
  • Orders can be shipped through any courier services depending upon the delivery location. Earth Rhythm Pvt. Ltd. does not have any control over the delivery time and cannot commit a Turn Around Time.
  • The customers will be updated about the details of the tracking ID through the email address provided by them and are advised to track them online for movement.
  • If the order is returned due to non-availability/rejection by the customer, we will only be able to resend it through additional courier charges.
  • In case the customer wishes to customize the delivery-schedule or provide instructions regarding the delivery, they need to contact the Logistic partners directly.

 

  1. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment and once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • There are no cancellation charges; however, the shipping charge of around Rs.70 is deducted during the refund.
  • The refunded amount is transferred through 2 ways -
    • In case of online payment, the amount is refunded through the same payment gateway;
    • In case of offline payment, the amount is refunded through bank transfer.
  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be altered/modified.

 

  1. NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGE POLICY
  • All products sold by us have a strict No Return – No Exchange policy under any circumstance.
  • Customers are requested to use their due diligence in selecting the appropriate products which in their opinion is best suited to them. 
  • Earth Rhythm Private Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the shipment and the customers are advised to lodge a complaint with their respective logistics partners directly.
  • If a customer wishes to request a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect products, they must provide images of the package. The Company will initiate contact with the Logistic Partners and once confirmed, provide a refund or replacement. Please note that the Company maintains videos of every order packed, enabling us to determine if the product was damaged during transit. In such cases, the customer assumes the liability to provide evidence of the damaged condition.
  • All products purchased from Leaf Monk that are included in a sale or marked as discounted ("Sale Items") are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for return or replacement. By purchasing Sale Items from Leaf Monk, you acknowledge and agree that all sales of Sale Items are final, and no exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted or processed. This clause regarding Sale Items supersedes any conflicting or contradictory return, refund, or exchange policies that are mentioned herein above.
